The new version of InformaCast includes a list of 30+ new features and improvements, including added functionality for message confirmation and escalation.
Improvements highlighting this release include:
- Message Confirmation - This new feature enables users to confirm the receipt of certain messages and escalate messages to new recipients if confirmation settings aren't met. Statistics of messages configured with confirmation can show many different responses, including; an overview of when a message was sent, how many confirmations have been received, and what response was chosen.
- New and Improved Recipient Group Editing and Filtering - You can now choose to add build groups based on existing recipient groups. Users have options to filter and exclude when building new groups.
- Improved Precise Scheduling for Scheduled Broadcasts - Improvements include ability to select multiple recipient groups, separate user interfaces for one-time and repeating broadcasts, more intelligible listing of scheduled broadcasts, and a more intelligible listing of scheduled broadcasts.
- Performance Improvements for Very Large Implementations - The InformaCast URL Authentication service algorithm has been improved. This speeds up activation time for large installations.
