When someone dials for help, how do you learn about it? When the emergency vehicles arrive?

emergency call notificationMost organizations have first responders within the building that can provide first aid in the event of a medical emergency. When an emergency call is made, notification in the form of a text and/or audio message can be sent automatically to your group of first responders and building managers, immediately alerting them of the location and time of the call. This notification can be received via computer desktops, Cisco IP phones, and email.
